SUGGESTIONS

The Employee Suggestion Program – E$P – embraces employees’ ideas that can result in:

  • Cost savings
  • Increased revenue
  • Improved patient/employee safety
  • Improved quality/efficiency.

If you submit an idea that is implemented you can receive either:

  • A $250 cash award, if the idea results in improved efficiency or savings are not quantifiable, or
  • 15% of the quantifiable cost savings or increase in revenue (up to a maximum award of $25,000).

If you’re ready to submit your suggestion, download the E$P form E$P Form, fill it out completely, get appropriate signatures, and submit it to the E$P Committee c/o Human Resources, Walnut Creek campus.
