SUCCESS SHARING PLAN

At John Muir Health we recognize the significant contribution employees make to our financial success – and our Success Sharing Plan rewards you for John Muir Health’s financial performance.

When the organization performs better than budget for the year and exceeds customer service goals (both set by the Board of Directors), we share those successes after year-end close through cash awards to our employees who worked at least 100 hours during the year.

Once year-end results are completed, typically in April or May, an amount is determined for the Success Sharing Plan award. Eligible, active employees receive all or part of the amount, based on their work schedule:

  • Employees who work at least 1040 hours in the year receive the full award
  • Employees who work between 100 hours and 1039 hours in the year receive ½ of the award amount.

Employees who worked less than 100 hours for the year are not eligible for the Success Sharing award.
