Each month, employees nominate and vote for Employee of the Month.
You can nominate any employee you feel meets or exceeds the JMH service excellence standards of courtesy, respect, responsiveness, communication, professionalism and teamwork.
Each month, your campus employee recognition committee reviews all eligible nominations and selects the Employee of the Month by majority vote. At the end of the year, everyone who has been named Employee of the Month will be considered for Employee of the Year.
While the program varies by campus, all of these special employees receive public recognition and other valuable rewards.
