EMPLOYEE HEALTH SERVICES | WORKERS' COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATION

If you become ill or injured as a result of doing your job, be sure to let your supervisor know that you may have a Workers’ Compensation claim and complete the work-related injury/illness form. Then, contact the Workers’ Compensation specialist on your campus to begin the process starting a Workers’ Compensation claim.
