PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS | TRANSFERRED/PROMOTED EMPLOYEES

All newly transferred or promoted employees, will receive a performance evaluation near the end of their new 90-day probationary period. In addition, your annual performance review date will be changed to the date of your promotion.

You and your supervisor will discuss and sign your evaluation. Another level of supervisor may review and sign it before it is included in your Human Resources file. Performance evaluations are not subject to the grievance or problem-solving procedure.
