All new employees will receive a performance evaluation near the end of their probationary period.
If you’re a new employee, during the first few weeks of employment, your supervisor will discuss the performance standards and expectations of your position with you.
You and your supervisor will discuss and sign your evaluation. Another level of supervisor may review and sign it before it is included in your Human Resources file. Performance evaluations are not subject to the grievance or problem-solving procedure.
