Management employees’ performance is evaluated on the basis of identified competencies:
Leadership competencies -
common to all management employees
Job-specific competencies -
identified by each employee’s immediate supervisor.
Performance is evaluated using a consistent and uniform rating process where 1 is the lowest rating and 5 is the highest. Goals, which are linked to these competencies, are also established for each management employee.
Performance evaluations are not subject to the grievance or problem-solving procedure.
