After successfully completing the probationary period, all employees will have their performance evaluated on an annual basis. You may be eligible for pay increase consideration at that time. A special review may be performed at any time.
You and your supervisor will discuss and sign your evaluation. Another level of supervisor may review and sign it before it is included in your Human Resources file. Performance evaluations are not subject to the grievance or problem-solving procedure.
