Each position at John Muir Health has been classified and a salary range reflecting minimum and maximum wages has been established for it. On a regular basis, job classifications and salary ranges are evaluated against comparable positions around the Bay Area to insure competitive and equitable pay ranges exist in JMH.
Salary ranges take into consideration the need to recruit and retain qualified personnel and respond to the labor market within which we must compete for talent. We also consider internal job relationships and equity in the decision-making process.
