HIRING MANAGERS | POSTING JOBS

All job postings, including union and non-union departmental postings, will be through Position Manager.

If you flag a job requisition for internal posting under "Comments", your recruiter will direct it to the Position Manager site for internal employees on the intranet. All employees will be able to see the internal positions, however the requirements will note any restrictions on applications to the specific department or to union members.

If you post union positions, you will be e-mailed a job posting report to print and post in your department, as required by the contract. After the required posting period has expired, your recruiter will e-mail you the Seniority Report to review, and you will indicate your selection of the final candidate through Position Manager.
