John Muir Health provides Tuition Reimbursement of up to $2,500 each year for eligible full time employees ($1,250 for part time) who are pursuing work-related education.
You are eligible if you:
Have completed one year of employment
Met or exceeded expectations in each category on your last performance evaluation
Are an active employee from the time of application through completion of the approved course.
Itemized billing statement from the school showing tuition and fee charges, and
Book receipts.
Temporary and per diem employees are not eligible for this program. If you are covered by a collective bargaining agreement, please refer to your contract for information regarding Tuition Reimbursement.

Before you start your course, have your Tuition Reimbursement Application approved 1) by your department director and 2) by Scholarship America
After you complete your course, submit your original signed and approved Tuition Reimbursement Application and all required paperwork to Scholarship America.
