CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS | JOB SHADOWING

Think a certain job looks like something you’d like – but not quite sure?  JMH offers a job shadowing program so you no longer have to wonder.

The program is open to employees and high school and college students who are interested in exploring a career in health care. Those who are accepted into the program can follow a person as they do their job for up to four hours on one day.  Scheduling is at the discretion of the department director.

Anyone who is interested and is not currently a JMH employee will have to be interviewed, provide specific information and be trained in HIPAA law and procedures.
