John Muir Health offers educational leave to help you obtain education and training which will increase your competence, knowledge and abilities, and enable you to perform your best at work.
Regularly scheduled full-time employees with one year of continuous service may be eligible for up to five days of paid educational leave each year, subject to availability of budgeted funds. Priority is given to employees whose positions require CEUs to maintain a current license or certification.
Regularly scheduled part-time employees with one year of continuous service are eligible for pro-rated educational leave.
Details differ by department and by collective bargaining agreement. Please check the appropriate document for details appropriate to you.
