If you are an eligible non-union employee, you may purchase accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage to provide additional benefits if an accident were to cause death or loss of limbs or senses. Coverage is available in the amount of:
$10,000
$50,000
1 to 4 times your annual salary, to a maximum of $1 million in coverage.
Be sure to name a beneficiary for your AD&D insurance benefit by completing the Beneficary Designation Form.
